1. How to Enter: This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. (ET) on July 10, 2006 and ends at 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 31, 2006 (the “Promotion Period”). You may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways: (i) Complete the entry form you receive on the GAC Tour Bus and drop it in the entry box provided, (ii) visit www.gactv.com, fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions [limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day during the Promotional Period] or (iii) hand print your name, complete mailing address, age and daytime phone number either on a 3 x 5” postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ x 11”, and mail the completed postcard or paper to: Great American Country “Neal McCoy’s Road to Carolina”, P.O. Box 184, Florham Park, New Jersey 07932. Entrants using U.S. mail may enter once per day during the Promotion Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2006 and received by August 5, 2006 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, incomplete, and postage-due mailed entries are void.  If an entrant submits an online entry more than once per day, only the first online entry for that day will be eligible, and all others will be voided. All entries submitted become the sole property of Great American Country Network (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. This sweepstakes shall be governed by the privacy policy of Sponsor, which is available at: www.gactv.com. When you enter at the Web Site, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming GAC promotions and information about GAC. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Scripps Networks, Inc., which is available on the Web Site.
2. Eligibility:  To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of and reside in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants who have won a prize in any Scripps Networks, Inc. (parent company of Sponsor) promotion in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the sweepstakes are ineligible. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. Employees of the Sponsor, The E.W. Scripps Company (parent company of Scripps Networks, Inc.), or The TEAM Group, LLC, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, website developers and administrators, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), any participating sponsors, and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
3. Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about August 7, 2006 by The TEAM Group, LLC, an independent judging organization (“Sweepstakes Administrator”). Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. mail within two (2) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be not be reached within five (5) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to to Nashville, TN and Myrtle Beach, SC to see Neal McCoy in concert consisting of the following: (a) round-trip coach class airfare to Nashville, TN from major airport nearest winner’s home, round-trip transportation between the airport and hotel; (b) 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodations (room rate and tax only) (3 nights in Nashville (8/31, 9/2, 9/3), 1 night in Myrtle Beach (9/1), and one night on the GAC Tour Bus (9/2)); (c) round-trip tour bus transfer from Nashville to Myrtle Beach on the GAC Tour Bus; (d) Tickets to Neal McCoy concert with “meet and greet”; (e) round-trip transportation to the concert on the GAC Tour Bus; and (ii) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) (for Grand Prize Winner only) cash. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this prize is $3,258.00. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on the same itinerary between August 31, 2006 – September 4, 2006 or Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize will be awarded.
5. Prize Conditions: Potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release. Travel companion of potential prize winner must be at least 21 years of age prior to issuance of travel documents. Such documents must be returned within five (5) days of notification date.  If potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.  All income taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner to pay. If prizes or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.  Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. 
6. Limitations of Liability: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the Sweepstakes mechanics or the Official Rules. Grand Prize Winner and entrants, by entering this sweepstakes, also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for online entries not received due to system errors, failures or any technical malfunctions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes, and select winners from mailed entries and online entries received up to the point of termination.  Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Box 469, Florham Park, NJ  07932. Indicate “Rules Request” or “Winner Confirmation” on front of the envelope. Rules Requests received after July 31, 2006 will not be honored. Winner Confirmation Requests received after September 17, 2006 will not be honored.
